The founder and president of the Good Humor Party is a well-known satirist and event caricaturist from Poland – Szczepan Sadurski. They call him one of the fastest caricaturists in the world. He draws one caricature in 100 seconds!

Porto, Portugal

With a quarter of a million inhabitants, Porto is the second largest city in Portugal after Lisbon. It is located on the granite hill of Penaventosa where the Douro River flows into the Atlantic. It is called the City of Bridges (Cidade das Pontes), the Invincible (Cidade Invicta) and the Capital of the North (Capital do Norte).

Porto is one of the oldest cities in Europe. The settlement was founded here by the Celts or the Romans, and the name Portus (i.e. port) was given to it by the Romans. The oldest information about the city comes from the 5th century. In Roman times, there was an important port here. The inscription on the coat of arms of the city reads: “Antiga, mui nobre, sempre leal e invicta cidade do Porto” or “Old, very noble, always faithful and invincible city of Porto”. In the 17th century, English merchants discovered the wine produced in the region, thanks to which the Porto region began to develop rapidly, and soon the wine became famous all over the world.

The Happy Skyscraper was photographed next to the famous two-story steel bridge Ponte Luis I, which was named after King Louis I. At the time of construction, it was the longest bridge in the world in its category. It was built in the years 1818-1886.

The smiling traveler was also photographed outside the entrance to the Saint Benedict Sao Bento train station. It was built in the years 1900-1916, on the site of the former monastery of Sao Bento de Ave-Maria. Inside and outside the building is decorated with paintings on blue ceramic tiles.

Silivri, Turkey

The city of Silivri, with a population of 140,000, is located on the Sea of Marmara. It is a popular resort, which is visited not only by the inhabitants of nearby Istanbul. Happy Skyscraper came here because he heard that the Yogurt Festival is taking place in Silivri. Cartoonists from different countries, members of the Good Humor Party, came to it.
