Methodology – How to make it?

Making Sohan halwa at home is very simple. First, pour milk into a pan with white flour, sprouted wheat flour, and lemon salt. Then boil it for 5 minutes on low flame. While stirring the mixture, slowly add the cardamom powder to get a unique flavor and smell.

After 5 minutes, the paneer will separate; keep cooking it on a low flame. When the paneer is reduced to half, add sugar slowly. Keep stirring while adding sugar; otherwise, lumps will form, and you will get a smooth texture. Add ghee when the mixture becomes thick. Then keep cooking for 20-25 minutes until it stops sticking to the pan.

Now, after 20-25 minutes, when the mixture is thick, pour it into a tray. Cut the almonds, pistachio, walnuts, and other dry fruits. Spread all the dry fruits over the spread halwa. Cut it into small pieces of your choice. Your Multani Halwa is ready to serve.
